Welcome to DesignMyPoster! By using our service, you agree to the following terms:
Poster Generation & User Accounts
- Anonymous users may generate one (1) poster for preview purposes only. Downloading, marking as private, or generating additional posters requires signing up for an account.
- Anonymous posters are public and may be displayed in our public gallery.
- Signed-in users may download posters and mark them as private. Private posters will not be shown in the public gallery.
- Sharing a poster on social media (after signing up) grants you one (1) additional free poster generation.
Content & Conduct
- You are responsible for the content you upload and generate. Do not upload or create content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
- We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for violations of these terms.
Intellectual Property
- You retain rights to your uploaded images and generated posters, but grant DesignMyPoster a license to display public posters in the gallery and for promotional purposes.
- Private posters will not be used for promotional purposes or displayed publicly.
Service Limitations
- We may limit poster generations, features, or access at our discretion.
- We are not responsible for data loss or service interruptions.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
